Team Creations made the decision in 2019 to ask the next generation to join the company’s operations in the role of Junior Executives.  While we, as the first and second generation, focus on serving our customers and business development, the Junior Executives work on projects and in support of the business in a variety of ways. 

Introducing the next generation to entrepreneurship is helping Team Creations, a multi-generational business, develop its succession plan.  Team Creations believes that hands-on experiences will give our youth a stronger sense of responsibility, teach job skills relevant for both academic and vocational success and develop accountability that can be translated into all areas of their lives. 

Our Junior Executives are our family.  Serving Team Creations in this capacity affords them a front row seat to the highest level of operations, as well as exposure to the real-life challenges and thrills of a family-owned business.  We believe gaining work experiences at a young age in the safety of a family-based environment offers the coaching, development, support and encouragement to launch into a successful future.
